Each of these bracelets contain a various number of lava beads. Lava beads are porous so you can use easily use essential oils with this beautiful diffuser jewelry. Please follow safety guidelines any time you use essential oils!

We recommend to put a drop of two of your favorite essential oil on a q-tip or something similar and then rub it on a couple of the lava beads on your bracelet. Let it dry briefly before putting it on your wrist.
