Rebecca comes to AURA offering the unique modality of foot reflexology – a technique of thumb and finger walking to initiate relaxation, release, and holistic wellness. With over three decades in the medical field as a currently practicing nurse anesthetist, she has come to appreciate that “dis-ease” not only rises from the physical body, but may be rooted in the mental, emotional, and spiritual body as well. Having Reiki Master attunement and Shamanic Rites, her intuitive abilities help individuals to support their own journey of health, wellness and healing with sessions often incorporating messages and guidance from the other side.
When asked why AURA salt cave and wellness would be a good fit for her soul work, the answer was simple: “The energy and offerings at AURA, along with the genuineness of the people who work here, and those who come here looking for holistic ways to optimize their wellbeing, I couldn’t think of anyplace else!”
