Shipping policy

Shipping

• Orders received by 12:00 PM EST are generally shipped the same business day.
• Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday).
• We do NOT ship to PO box addresses.
• Some of our heavier / larger products are excluded from our flat rate shipping offer. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Local Delivery

• $50 minimum order for local delivery.
• Delivery address must be within 7 miles from our location.
• We do our local deliveries once a week on Friday (unless other arrangements are made).
• We will leave your package by the front door unless you provide other instructions in the order notes during checkout.

Pick-Up

• Usually ready within 24 hours.
• You may pick-up during our normal business hours.
