Hypnosis is a trance-like state of focus and concentration achieved with the help of a clinical hypnotherapist. In this state, you can turn your attention completely inward to find and utilize the natural resources deep within yourself that can help you make changes or regain control in certain areas of your life. Hypnosis can be used to help treat anxiety, phobias, substance abuse including tobacco, sexual dysfunction, undesirable spontaneous behaviors, and even bad habits among many other things. Three sessions are recommended for optimal results.
These sessions are highly individualized and can range from conversation to a combination of many different practices such as: chakra work, meditation, mindfulness strategies, Reiki, focused self-reflection, etc. Each session evolves based on your needs and will provide insight as well as practical solutions tailored to you and your life. The goal is to guide and support you in developing and integrating mindfulness into your daily life, ultimately bringing you more peace.
These are shorter sessions and go hand-in-hand with your Integrative Mindfulness Strategy Sessions. Our refill sessions are designed to check in on how your mindfulness practice is going and how we can make it more effective and/or to practice and strengthen techniques.
A therapeutic approach to address life stressors (grief, loss, relationship struggles, life transitions, anxiety, trauma) using a guided, healing meditation. No previous meditation experience is needed as guidance will be provided throughout. A typical session begins with a conversation to share information. We then move into an interactive guided meditation with a healing. Upon completion of the meditation we will discuss the insights gained and how to integrate into your journey of self-healing.
Using meditation skills, you will be taken into a relaxed state where you will have access to information from your unconscious mind and prior lifetimes. You will be guided with questions while you are seeing that past life and you will meet with your spirit guides for any messages.
Our reflexologist will spend time on your feet, ankles and lower legs. There are points on your feet which correlate to organs and tissues in your body. Treating these points will put you in a blissful state of relaxation and balance. Reflexology may reduce stress and anxiety and enhance sleep.
A Japanese technique that aids the body in releasing stress and tension by creating deep relaxation. Reiki supports the body’s natural tendency toward healing and helps to balance the flow of subtle energy. With a gentle touch, your practitioner will guide the Reiki energy to the areas that need it most. Expect to lay clothed on a heated massage table, close your eyes and relax.
Chakras are energy centers that correspond to the different areas of your body and are influenced by our conscious and unconscious thoughts. Cleansing and balancing your chakras help you feel more peaceful, balanced and connected. You will be relaxing on a massage table and the therapist has the option of using chakra stones, chakra oils, and/or a pendulum to open, align and balance your chakras.
