Our Healing Salt Cave® is a man-made recreation of the naturally pollution free underground salt mine in Poland. Salt Caves have been used for treatment of asthma and other common respiratory illnesses, plus much more.

Hand & Foot Detox

Relaxing while opening your pores, and detoxify with our Himalayan Salt Hand and Foot Detox. Gently exfoliate while repairing the central nervous system with stimulation and increase overall blood circulation.

Infrared Sauna

Far-infrared radiant (FIR) heat assists with alleviating symptoms of pain relief, arthritis, promotes weight loss, improves joint stiffness, lowers blood pressure, detoxifies the body and increases overall blood flow.

Massage & Reflexology

Therapeutic massage can relieve pain and tension with varying degrees of pressure. Cupping is great for tight muscles and increased circulation while Reflexology focuses on the lower legs, feet and ankles.

Hypnosis, Past Life Regression with Healing and Spiritual Direction are available with Pam, our clinical hypnotherapist who is a certified in Transpersonal Hypnotherapy and is a retired Mental Health Therapist.

AURA salt cave and wellness

AURA salt cave and wellness offers services unique to the alternative health and wellness community. Our focus is on all natural and holistic services for overall well-being of mind, body and spirit. 

Our mission is to offer a natural, holistic and calm environment where treatments are used to create a safe, drug-free alternative to provide relief and improve overall wellness for all ages.

We opened our doors in East Amherst, NY in July 2017 and our wellness center is truly one of a kind. In addition to our Healing Salt Cave and Halo Room, we offer hand/foot detox, infrared saunas, massage/cupping, reflexology, facials/waxing, reiki/chakra balancing, hypnosis and past life regression. We offer individual sessions as well as various classes and events.
