Smudging is practice used to remove negative energy from your yourself, your home, or your space. The ritual of smudging is thousands of years old and has been used by Native Americans, in Ancient Rome, Greece, and Egypt. To smudge, simply light your White Sage or Palo Santo stick on fire. Let it burn for a minute and then extinguish. As it smokes, you can walk around or use it to smudge specific items. Use a bowl to catch ashes.  

Amethyst is a purple gemstone that is said to be incredibly protective, extremely powerful, healing, and purifying. Amethyst is one of the best crystals to use for removing negative energy in the home. It provides a protective energy that transforms negative energy into positive energy.

Carnelian can be placed next to other crystals to draw out negative energy. It is also an energizing gemstone, boosting your enthusiasm and bringing positivity and optimism to any plans you may have.

Clear Quartz is known as the stone of power and amplifies any energy or intention. Clear Quartz absorbs energies very easily and can also cleanse other crystals by absorbing their energies.

Selenite is a great cleansing crystal! Place your stones or crystals on your selenite (satin spar) to cleanse them.
